Admission Regulations
1. The number of seats to each course shall be determined each year by the collee administration and admission shall be made in accordance with the procedure and policy laid down for this purpose.
2. the admission shall be made on the basis of academic merit throught wide publication in the press
3. Reservation form along with prospectus for eligible candidates shall be available on payment from the college administration office on any working day after the declaration of the S.S.C examination results of the bards. The reservation form along with photocopies of DMC, Provincial Certificate and Domicile Certificate in case of Agency, shall be submitted in the college office within the stipulated time.
4. The admission form must be supported by the copies of the following documents. The original documents along with three passport size photographs of the candidate are to be presented at the time of interview.
a. Provisional certificate of the last examination passed
b. Character certificate
c. Detailed marks certificate of the last examination passed
d. Migration certificate in case the candidate has passed the last examination from board other than BISE Peshawar. In case migration certificate has not been issued by the relevant body, it can be produced before star of classes.
e. Hafiz-e-Quran certificate (if applicable)
f. National Identity Card of the father/guardian.
g. Domicile certificate (for all)
h. Employment certificate (for employees sons seats)

Warning:
The admission shall be cancelled if the documents attached are found to forged or tempered with. The college authorities reserve the right of reporting such cases to the Police.

5. The date shall be notified by the Principal for submission of application and interviews/tests in respect of each category of studies and admission made in accordance with the facilities available in the college. The admission will be finalized through admission Committee. Overall incharge will be the Director of Academic to keeping uniformity in the admissions. The candidates are advised to submit their application, complete in respects, with board indication of the course of studies they are applying for. The college office will issue a receipt thereof.
6. Mere submission of application form does not entitle a candidate to admission in the college. The candidates must note that entrance requirement is competitive and those with high percentage of marks are likely to be admitted.
7. The candidates late in submission of application forms, or failing to appear for interview/test on the notified date shall not claim the right of admission. It is the responsibility of the candidates to keep themselves informed of the dates of admission, intervies etc. individual catering is not possible for the college.
8. admission granted by the admission Committee shall be provisional and will not mean any commitment or entail any legal liablility till it is confiremed by the principal and the registration by the board is completed.
9. The students will abide the statutes, rules and regulation promulgated from time to time by the bord with regard to their curricular, extra-curricular and disciplinary matter. They shall however be governed, for all practical pruposes, by the directions issued by the Principal.
10. The students shall pay the prescribed tution fee for 12 months in a year along with other charges.
11. The Admission Committee, in accordance with the policy laid down in each case, shall determine the criterion for admission and its decision in the matter shall be final.
12. Migration to the college is not allowed.
13. the maximum age of the candidate for admission to intermediate classes on the last date of submitting admission form shall not exceed 19 years
14. Application for change of discipline e.g from Pre-Medical to Pre-Engineering etc. shall be entertained only from the students admitted on open merit basis provided the marks scored by the applicant in the relevant examination are not less than the lowest marks on which admission has been granted on open merit basis in the discipline to which he wishes to move. Such changes shall be allowed subjects to the availability of seats and have to be completed withn three weeks of the inception of the course.
15. Change of discipline for the students admitted on reserved seats shall be allowed only on mutual exchange basis (i.e reserve-toreserve seats) and within the specified period.
16. Section and group once allotted cannot be changed
17. Candidates of the following categories are ineligible for admission:
a. Student found guilty of indiscipline in 1st year shall not be admitted in 2nd year.
b. The allocation of seats in the open merit, reserved and quota seats shall be determined subject to the approval.confirmation from the competent authority.
c. The candidate is advised to bring along his father/guardian at the time of interview. The guardian should be a blood relation of the candidate such as paternal uncle / real elder brother provided he is not a student of any educational institution. It would be the responsibility of the guardian to prove his relationship with the candidate. The father / guardian shall have to sign the prescribed undertaking form to the effect that his son/ward shall not take part in political activity during his stay at the college. No interview of a candidate shall be held unless he is accompanied by parent/guardian. Guardian must hail form union council of the applicant.
d. A student who is admitted to 1st year class because of his having paid the college dues and fails to join for a period of ten days without any valid cause shall be struck off the college roll. He shall be considered for reinstatement only when he gives valid reason for his absence and the application for reinstatement fee of Rs. 2000/- shall be charged. The decision to accept or reject such a plea shall be made by the college reinstatement committee. No application of reinstatement will be entertained after the prescribed time limit
e. A student removed from the college roll because of any reason, if reinstated, shall execute a written undertaking at the time of reinstatement in presence of his father/guardian that he will under no circumstances commit any offence again.
f. In case of doubtful or undefined validity of any academic qualification as equivalent to a recognized examination, the provisional admission will be subject tot the recognition of the qualification by the relevant body.
